I note their 'estate planners' are all STEP qualified or working towards it. Do you know what you'd get? Qualified, or working towards?Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
I have a 'London Bridge' folder at my house - worked perfectly at the passing of one parent and is now updated for the next time.contents:funeral instructions and what to do in what orderlist of people to notify with phone numberslist of other immediate things to do: secure car, secure house, contact insurers etclist of bank accountscopy of the willcopy of the health and welfare LPA together with access code info (this will obviously end at death but may be needed just before)death certificate of first parent (will be needed to release second will as proof of missing executor)...and a document cheekily titled 'where the bodies are' - which I did check before the event but was very useful at the time.I've produced a similar one for myself.0
