Plum ISA - delays in withdrawing money

Hi all
Just a heads-up/warning but I went to withdraw some money from my Plum ISA on Thursday. They initially promised that I would have the money back in my Plum “pocket” by Friday but it did not arrive. Quite a large withdrawal is in limbo - they claim there is a “technical issue” (details not given - with no timeline given for when the cash will appear.
They keep telling me not to worry, which makes me worry.

I can’t remember. They initially confirmed the money would be available on Friday. Then they said they don’t know when it will be available.0
