Will wren kitchens replace a door or require the whole unit to be purhcase?

What you said in your opening post was- there is excess heat from the unit which has caused the coating to come off the mdf.
Thats why posters have gone down the route of asking about your boiler.
Then you said
after it delaminated it ripped, the rips happened from the door banging onto a permanenet plugged in socket that the door bangs onto - the delaminated area got punctured there and then the coating ripped across.
Did you contact Wren when the delamination first started because what happened after that was down to the door banging on the socket? In fact the delamination probably started because of the door banging against the socket if the rips are in the same place. Its not a laminate failure if it has been being banged again and again. Why did the fitter put a socket where the door could bang against it?
I used to work for a kitchen manufacturer (not Wren) and from what you have said on here there is no chance of it being replaced free of charge. How old is the kitchen?1 -

I hope the colour matches.
On a connected note, how old is this boiler? Anything from the past 15+ years should be barely luke-warm.I love how the simple question of will it ve free or pay for becomes a pedantic response of "they cant make you do anything" and probing into the boiler. The boiler is probably just fine. The door in question is much larger than any other door. It could be a deferective door. My conclusion was it must have been the boiler. But in hindsight it would only be a couple degrees hotter than the rest of the room. So probably a laminate failure.Pleased to have been of help to a newbie.I could be of even greater help by correcting you on your misinterpretation of my first reply. And the ignoring of my second. But your ultimate, albeit circuitous, conclusion is almost certainly correct, in which case it's a shame you banged the door repeatedly into a power socket. As Swingaloo says, there is next-to-no chance of Wren feeling obliged to replace the door, tho' they might - just possibly - do so if you make a bludy nuisance of yourself (I sense you may have that talent), or they as a 'gesture of good will'. Either way, no need or expectation to replace the unit carcase as well.0 -

If you stick around long enough, you'll find TiW can spew forth a mountain of words when just one would have been sufficient. Her courage will change the world.

I hope that's succinct enough.0
