Can you take digital info to self employment UC interview at job centre?

I'm migrating from working tax credits, and just wondering if I can supply my info at my self employment interview in digital format, really to save me printing everything.
Do most job centres have a means to download things if, say, I email the info to my interviewer?
Thanks

Yes you can.The work coach conducting the appointment will want to see the evidence, but they should not need to take a copy, other than maybe things like your UTR number, business phone numbers etc which are easily recorded. They simply need to record that they have seen the evidence and what that evidence is - no copies are taken or kept.I am a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Benefits & tax credits, Heat pumps and Green & Ethical MoneySaving forums. Thanks NedS
I have a folder thick with stuff and still loads to print. That is reassuring!0 -
Just to note that they will not usually allow you to plug a USB stick or hard drive into one of their computers.Too much risk of someone trying to give them a malware/ransomware that way.Check to see if they have already enabled an upload link on your UC account/journal for the required documents. If not then ask on your journal for them to enable such an upload link for you to send the documentation. In either case have it all ready together so that you can dump it on them all at once in one go.
If there is a lot then maybe put it all in a zip file?See this, it's from nidirect but shows how it works:
