Ryanair delayed flight Weds 25th Bournemouth to Alicante

I need to submit a claim for flight number FR3948, which was scheduled to depart on 25th September from Bournemouth to Alicante at 17:10.
Due to the delay, the flight was renumbered to FR394 as it carried over into the next day, and there was already a flight FR3948 departing that morning. (Our delayed flight was on a new plane, we were not added to the one on the 26th)
The flight that appears in the portal is the incorrect one, as that flight never even took place and it never was our flight!
Here are the options available to me
This flight FR394 (as the numbered changed from FR3948) was
the re scheduled one which we did take, but
the portal says the booking details are not recognised. But I'm not supposed to claim for that one anyway

The flight I’ve highlighted is the option being provided to me on the form, but it DID NOT FLY on the 25th anyway. That wasn’t our flight. Our flight was scheduled to depart at 17:10 in the afternoon.
In any event I would need to claim on the original flight
I called Ryanair who advised I would have to do it a different way and he talked me through it. In other words do a request from the queiry/complaint form and chose 'general refund request. I have made 20 'requests' all coming back with the same reply, I've submitted it on the wrong form and they give me the EU261 which no matter how many times I tell them and send screenshots doesn't work! As they have the incorrect flight in there, I have no idea how they have put that flight in there as it didnt even go! I've had a chat bot rep terminate one of my chats as he's answered all my important questions and can't help me anymore' . I've had a rep on the phone saying he will terminate my call (and he did!) as I have to use the form (that doesnt work) I've asked to speak to a supervisor but they cant let me do that. I've sent 20 requests, 3 telephone calls and 2 chat bots and no one can help me! Any ideas anyone?

I'd personally go straight to AviationADR, with the reason that Ryanair has closed your complaint or won't allow you to make one.
They should be able to figure this out.

So glad to read that you have been having the same extremely stressful and frustrating response. I have still not found a solution to the endless referrals to the same forms which do not work because of the flight number. Would be delighted to hear from anyone who has succeeded in contacting Ryanair

After 22 different 'requests' 3 chat bots conversations (with a rep) and 3 phone call conversations with a rep someone real finally read my request and offered compensation. I sat there and responded back to each individual request advising me to 'claim on the correct form' every time they closed the request down! So in reality I proably sent about 70 answers back (copied and pasted the same one) I havent recieved the compensation as yet but I do have it in writing. I was never able to complete the EU261 form . I reqested then to claim expenses and explained the flight number was still incorrect. Each time they came back and said the flight in the portal was correct!!! I managed to complete the expenses bit on the flight we actually took the next day ,which doesnt make sense really , the compensation form on that flight still does not work. That request is still open as of today. We shall see. If there are 180 people on that flight you'd think they would have woken up by now and corrected the in correct flight........have they done that on purpose?

I am still being driven mad by the same problem. Having got through to an agent on the phone eventually and him talking me through the process it was then overruled with a request to fill in the EU261 form which cannot work because of the flight number. Absolutely infuriating. My husband is now ill because of this continuous stress and we have got nowhere despite hours and hours. We are in our late 70s and spent the little bit of night left to us after their last minute delay on the floor at Bournemouth airport as we were told there were no hotels nor taxis at that time of night.
