My husband is on an o2 monthly contract. He has accidentally had his phone connected to the internet (wap?) in his pocket for 1hr 56 mins! It says on the data counter last session was sent:19332B received: 67269B. On o2 website is satys it is £3 per mb. Can anyone help me out with a rough cost? o2 cust services are closed now.

dont worry - you are using a GPRS connection which is charged by the data transfer i.e. by moving between pages
the time does not matter
The counter you are referring to shows the data tansfer since you got the phone or the counter was reset0 -
hi louise,
i would not worry too much as you should be billed based on the amount of data transfer going on i.e viewing different pages or downloading something. It sounds like even though the wap was on, there was no activity going on.
Anyway 67269 bytes = less than 1 MB
1mb = 1000kb
1kb = 1000bWorking towards:
