Anyone with NatWest know if you can order copy statements that looks like picture (Personal info Blanked out) just wondering for future reference if need one for Mortgage etc

As when I ordered (Before ages ago) Official copies were A5 printed cost like £3 something and the other lot were list of transaction, Natwest haven't been that helpful as giving me different Answers

Have you not already asked this before?
Fairly sure there’s already been some discussion around this.

Update! I have Looked through the search button 2024 can’t see any other threads about this!

I am still getting confusing answers from NatWest lol!

I need copies of originals for Mortgage (PDF & A5 statements & A4 transaction list won’t cut it)

I have recently ordered some for (Mortgage) hopefully A4 copies of originals! (That’s what NatWest have told me) Will see when they turn up!

but anyone had any luck 🍀 from NatWest in getting A4 Copy of original statements?

I only need them for mortgage

Nat West (and RBS) official paper statements were A5 (ish) size up until about eighteen months to rwo years ago, the online versions were A4 size in landscape.
They are all now the same, A4 size in  portrait.

I don't know how far back you're wanting to go but prior to the change A4 original paper statements didn't exist.

Who is telling you that you need an A4 copy for the mortgage. Surely it doesn't matter what size it as, as long is its a proper copy of the original statement and not just a list of transactions.
As above, Natwest didn't do A4 statements, but the A5 statements they did do were perfectly acceptable for mortgage purposes - I know this, because I used them.

The Statements I get online are A4 size & paper copies are A4 size as well!

they won’t accept A4 transaction list & A5 Historic transaction list or A4 online statement (PDF version)

They will only accept A4 copies exactly like originals or A5 copies exactly like how they used to be!

that’s why I am trying to get official copies A4 size

when I ordered historic statements before (earlier in the year) They Wavered the £3 fee they came Bit smaller than A5 size just list of transactions!

When they arrived I rung I wasn’t happy with what I received, so asked for official statements told me ooh as no can do just A4 transaction list or A5 Historic transaction list £3 can be ordered thats what agent told me!

Another agent (last week) said it can be done just in one date range A4 official copies £3 but if I want to split it was told £27 not sure if they can charge that much!

Hopefully the lot I ordered are what I am After!

You do seem to have a lot of trouble with statements!

Will the mortgage provider accept photocopies of the original statements that you presumably have, or would they return originals if you sent them?

As most of my NatWest statements are online my solicitor won’t accept PDF copies! They want paper copies like A4 originals which will go in envelope with the forms they sent me & they will send them back to me when done with them!

NatWest are the only bank I am having trouble with lol all my other banks I got the stuff needed to show them

I thought you were a stickler for getting original statements always issued in paper form, exactly because of reasons like this?
