Default CCJ having moved address

It's over a month old, and this is the first letter I have received, despite having a mail redirect on for 3 months and changing my address over a year ago. So the only thing as I understand is to try and have it set aside.
Firstly i'd better find out what i'm meant have have done! I'd appreciate if someone could confirm it's Applications.CNBC@justice.gov.uk I need to contact for case details?
I see the first thing to do is complete the troublemaker template (seems rather fitting:)), and send it to the claimant and DCBL?
Do I need to gatter any further details at this stage? Assuming it's parking related, call the DVLA to find out when my driving licence address was changed and or check when the new the V5 was issued for the car?
Thanks in advance.

If you have the vehicle's Registration Document, you can check it's issue date yourself.
Look at the vehicle's Registration Document (V5c).
Look for the Doc Ref number. There is a date following it.
On my V5c it's at the bottom of the second page in a box headed "Official use only. Do not write in this space".
The first line format is an eleven digit Document Reference Number followed by a dd mm yy date.
That is the date that your V5c was last updated.

Updating your driving licence does not update any V5C because DVLA does not have joined up thinking!2

Thanks for your replies.
OK if it's the V5C that matters here, the date on those is a month after I moved.
11 months before the CCJ and 13 before the date of this letter!
You would think the 3 month postal redirect would be sufficient cover to avoid things like this.0 -
Please tell us...
- the date of the alleged parking event,
- the date of moving home, and
- the date of changing the address on the V5c.

To question 1, I've honestly not a clue. The DCBL letter stating they are chasing the CCJ is the first piece of paper i'm aware of, which is annoying.
I've emailed Applications.CNBC@justice.gov.uk requesting details. Please let me know if i should be emailing elsewhere.

Ring the CNBC first thing (8.30am) Monday morning) because you need a copy of the Particulars of Claim and who filed the claim (you need to know if it was CEL in-house or DCB Legal, no way of knowing until you ask) and the sum originally claimed.
I don't think they'll reply to the email and you can't delay.
Is the CCJ under £600? A single PCN?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Thanks, I now have conformation the CCJ is for £309 for a PCN. I spoke to the CNBC today and someone emailed over the details below which date back to February 2022 naming CEL as the claimant.
I have feeling I may have appealed at the time as I was on emergency call out for work (storm Eunice) and we only stopped shortly without leaving the cars in order to receive another job. I have a feeling they might have rejected this as my vehicle is not registered as an emergency vehicle, which it isn't, but i can't find any evidence of their reply. There wasn't any further paperwork through the door at the time though so I thought that was that.
Should I now complete the template and send to CEL or ask CEL for any and all correspondence to find out when papers were served?Claimant - civil enforcement limited

Send the usual email to CEL and DON'T agree to sign a consent order.
Don't wait too long for their useless reply. You need to get your application in this month. This one will be easy to set aside and the claim will be struck out.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

By usual email, are referring to the Troublemaker template? Should I copy in DCBL who are threatening me with further action regarding collection of the debt?
The application is the N244?
Thanks for your help and the vote of confidence, I will certainly be making every effort on this as it sounds like it could have very costly consequences!0 -
By usual email, are referring to the Troublemaker template?Yes but change it to make sense for writing direct to CEL who are not the 'client', of course. That template email is written to third party solicitors. You aren't doing that.
Should I copy in DCBL who are threatening me with further action regarding collection of the debt?
No. Nothing will happen with them. The application is the N244?YesPRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
