I can't login to my Idmobile any more?

It looks like they've made some changes.

I followed the new sign-in process which seems like I'm re-registering

Process ends with details not recognised. They are correct

Any ideas of how to contact idmobile?

@Gobsh How long has it been since you last logged in to your myidmobile?

If it's been more than a couple of months then you may well need to re-register, they updated their systems so you can have multiple accounts under one login now (amongst other things), however this update meant that existing account login details were all wiped.

In any case, live chat is the quickest way to contact them - link as per @flaneurs_lobster post above.

Tried the live chat which is just a bot wanting to reset my username or password. Neither of these are the problem. I think that have my birthday wrong. No matter I'll just have to change to a new provider and let them deal with the bot 😆

Just tell the bot that you want to speak to a person.

The only way I've found is, to ask for sales no matter what you want. The are the only ones who answer
