Why is it that the well known comparison platforms have taken the decision to remove Onestream from their search engines due to the ongoing ofcom investigation around selling practices, and yet MSE do nothing? I’d expect at least a warning to potential customers, but presumably the commission is too good!
uswitch, gocompare and moneysupermarket all decided it wasn’t in their customers best interests

Well I don't know what you're looking at but I've found Onestream on Uswitch in two minutes and I'm sure if I went to the others I could probably find them.Yes they don't show up in the default search on uSwitch but they do show up if I go here:Ofcom investigating somebody doesn't mean anything, they investigate TV and radio channels ouput all the time but people keep watching/listening... And they've been under investigation since August so it isn't exactly new news...0

Hey Neil
it won’t let me post links but if you google their name and room, you’ll immediately see articles around them being pulled from the major comparison sites
Uswitch show them as a company but they’ve pulled them from searches0 -

Hi @welchboy
Thanks for the feedback. We've reached out to our Utilities Team, and they've confirmed that Onestream were initially removed from our broadband comparison tool after it emerged that they were automatically signing people up to third-party subscription services. Onestream have since reversed this policy, and have been re-added to the MSE tool as well as that of MoneySuperMarket (which is also owned by MSE's parent company MONY Group).
We'd also like to reassure you that 'commission' plays no part in any editorial decisions made on MSE.
