We have also received a reply today following our correspondence last November.

Interesting that they don't even bother to give you a full name when writing. "Skye." Lol. Probably made up.
They have completely ignored the question about VAT.

I assume that we just wait for the court papers now as they have stated that, "we will not accept any further submissions from you?"

Correct,  the only item of note after any reply to an LoC response is the HMRC aspect mentioned by Le_Kirk

Afternoon all. Looks like Gladstones have resurrected this after nearly two years.

LBC dated 2nd September received. I dug out the paperwork to deal with it a couple of days ago and just before I started received a Pre-Action Protocol period has expired - warning court proceedings are imminent letter dated 8th October.

What next? Just wait for the court proceedings or anything else to do now that I have missed the deadline for replying under PAP?
