You will get a court claim regardless so replying makes zero difference. Responding just delays the claim a little bit and nothing else

when you get the claim form please post up the POC as ZZPS are now doing their own court claims will be interesting to see how useless it is

Well the info@oaklegal email bounced back but the zzps emails (to both customer service and quality assurance) went through - with acknowledgement
