Similar to the Bluetoffee situation, I have received no witness statements or notice of discontinuation from DCB legal. I have nothing confirming the discontinuation on paper, just what the court told me over the phone. If you've been receiving any DCB Legal or even ECP correspondence by email, please check your Spam/Junk folder. We've seen more than a few cases where the NoD has ended up there.Deniro666 said:

but I read this earlier today on a thread by @Colonizemars *page 28Something told me to type my surname into the search bar on courtserve. Lo and behold a hearing has come up. It’s all the way in central London. Not Edmonton. Even though the witness statement that DCB Legal sent had CC’d in Edmonton county court
I’m fuming. Thank goodness I even thought to type my name on otherwise I would have turnt up at the wrong court. Its in strand 10am with 2 hours allocated2 -
