Just to report that I received the five pounds reward automatically today.1

Nearly didn’t get cashback for November as they said it finished at end of Oct for me. However I explained the account was opened very late in May and never had the opportunity to meet the criteria as the card did not arrive until early June. They agreed and sent £10 by faster payments after speaking to them this am.0
