DO NOT TRUST!

I recently sent my iPhone 15 Pro to this company as they valued it at £795. On receipt a confirmation email confirming that they had received the device and they were going to classified it as brand new! I do look after my devices, but I did reply reminding them that the phone is twelve months old, as per the valuation submission.

They are now claiming that it has scratches and have offered £320! So I have asked them to return it to me.

The photos show my phone being packed ready to send to them and as you can see it is in perfect condition. I can only warn you not to trust these people and sell elsewhere, they are scammers!
