I can now log into my Asda and Asda Rewards accounts but I am not confident that if I placed a grocery order it would be delivered because no one ever contacted me to let me know my account had been suspended in the first instance so what is to stop them doing the same thing again?

But, that's obviously not a problem given that you said 'If I could get my account active again I would not use it to purchase anything from George', by which I assume you'd also include Asda?
No, I typed what I meant, "If I could get my account active again I would not use it to purchase anything from George."

No one from George has contacted me but just after 12pm today I received a refund email from George for £8.00, at least it was a start I thought.  Then in the last hour I received some more refund emails from George so I now have received about half of the money I am owed.

Nothing.  They can choose to suspend your account any time they like, as long as they're not unlawfully discriminating against you.

Perhaps it's time to find a different retailer.
There's some things I prefer from Asda and which can only be purchased from Asda.

I do get my shopping delivered from another retailer as well.
Go into Asda and buy  the items you want from them.

I have still not received any responses to my repeated phonecalls and emails. Every time I call a new case is created and I am told someone will respond in 48 hours , and when this does not happen yet another case is opened. Going loopy on this loop. I have managed to semi login using my order number and post code to see my order info/items that were returned and any credit since applied. i have went through my bank account and can also see a manual credit in August for £139, which marries exactly with one of the orders sent back. But I am still out of pocket £636 with no-one responding at all to my numerous request for help. Not sure if I should now just get in touch with my bank. Has anyone had any success with Asda customer service at all?

TBH, you are not giving them much time. Callback in XX will be a std response. But the team dealing with this will know that it will be a waste of time, as they are still dealing with the case.

All you do by more calls & emails is slow the process down.

I got one refund and then when I contacted George at Asda on their Facebook DM I received more refunds although not all of them yet.  I received an email from Asda yesterday asking for my bank card details but I have not responded.

Did you try contacting George at Asda on their Facebook DM?

I haven't done this, but I have raised this directly with my bank. Totally fed up with it all

I phoned Asda / George about the email I received yesterday regarding "the fault on refunding £40" from one order.  When they refund the £40 I will then only be owed for two items that I have returned and not been refunded for yet.

I am fed up opening cases which they never reply to. Not had any emails from them at all - but will maybe try annoying them on fb just now

I have finally received a response to my emails, basically advising that because I had a high amount of returns they were not going to reactivate my account or process any more refunds on it. The are failing to address the fact that they have not actually refunded me for the returned items at all, that in have proof of posting. I don't know where to go from here. when I contact the FB TEAM they just say they cannot help as my account has been suspended. I have forwarded this to my bank
