Annual ASHP Servicing

Hi All,
Would like to see what others do re: servicing/maintenance cover of their ASHP and general experience in this area.
Background: we live in Scotland and took advantage 2.5yrs ago of the available grants and interest-free loans, and replaced our gas boiler with ASHP, solar panels and a battery. The company advised that any additional costs incurred with the equipment would be covered for 2yrs. A few weeks ago (ie. after the initial 2yr period) we had an issue with the ASHP - blocked filter or something like that - they came and fixed, which was fine - they had also discussed a yearly service, and we were invoiced for nearly £300 stating that's what they had done.
So, is that a reasonable cost for a yearly service of an ASHP? Do any companies offer it for cheaper, and, if so, have they offered good service? I realise that perhaps the company that installed ours have a detailed knowledge of how everything was installed, and fits together, so perhaps better to stay with them? I'm presuming that the panels and battery shouldn't have too many issues due to lack of moving parts, etc.
Thanks in advance,
Steve

I am also in Scotland and had a government grant / interest free loan. Our ASHP was installed August 2023. The documentation with it has a service log to be signed and dated in order to maintain the terms of the warranty. We had it serviced in August 2024 at a cost of £114.The company that installed it had been bought out and the ‘new’ parent company undertook the service. They commented that people rarely ask for the log to be signed.0
