Email says can't claim but they got dates wrong

I had an email saying that I can't claim under the discretionary agreement because it wasn't within the dates needed.  However, they got the dates wrong and it was!  I replied and explained this but not had a reply.  This was months ago.  Should I contact them again?

I wouldnt be too worried about it at the moment.   The complaints process is suspended until late 2025 (probably going to get put back another year or two from that) and until the FCA complete their report, nobody is doing anything.   Indeed, complaints may not even be necessary as the FCA is considering whether to pro-actively deal it rather than reactively.   So, hold on until next year and then if you still hear nothing, you can restart if necessary.
