Stocks and shares ISA - switching funds

I am considering switching one of my ISA funds from FundA to FundB.

CONSIDERATIONS
+ FundA has a value of £10,000
+ FundA has a unit price of 500p, has grown 36% over three years.
+ FundB has a unit price of 270p, has grown 61% over three years.
+ FundB has an even better performance over five years.

QUESTIONS
+ Am I comparing like for like?
+ Should I pay too much attention to unit price?

Advice welcome.

At the risk of stating the obvious, looking at past performance in isolation will not give you any guide to future performance.

Not enough data. What are these? Fund B might have been invested very riskily and Fund A low risk. Which is suitable depends on lots of things including your risk tolerance. Past performance is no guide to future performance etc.

In answer to some of the questions above:
FUNDA = INVESCO Emerging Markets ex China (UK)
    FUNDB = Jupiter India

RISK LEVEL - same at 6/7

PERFORMANCE - I know, past performance is no guarantee...

I had an ISA with Invesco and all the funds seemed to be performing well enough, but I wanted to diversify and didn't
like the risk levels and performance history of other Invesco funds, so I moved to Interactive Investor for a broader range.

I changed my mind on FUNDA by the way - not the one I originally had in mind.

Alternatively markets might be rotating into emerging markets and you'll be selling out just as the rise happens.
Remember the saying: if it looks too good to be true it almost certainly is.
