Following contact from Smarty they advised I should upgrade my phone as 3g will no longer be used soon.
So I purchased a Samsung A15 4g phone but when I transferred sim from old phone it doesn't show option of 4g on Mobile networks available. Its the exact same as old phone LTE/3g/2g. However, when I don't use wifi it shows 4g on top right hand corner of phone. I'm confused! If its possible for me to get 4g why is that option no showing on new phone when I check.
Do I need to get an updated sim card from Smarty?

The "LTE" in the mobile networks list refers to 4G.

Thanks very much I did not know that. My older phone showed that exact same in mobile networks so I wonder why the said I should buy a new phone. They also did not advise that LTE means 4g (thanks Smarty help support :NOT}0

Your phone needs to support VoLTE with your network of choice. 4G without VoLTE support only allows data and sms access.0
