That seems to be moving in the right direction.

The car allowance can only be applied to one car so decide which one you own

The registered keeper is not necessarily the owner

Well that’s slightly annoying, if I gain there I have to loose it somewhere else, how do you juggle all this, does anyone help with this kind of thing??
im guessing most companies won’t help me ‘make it work’🤷‍♂️

It's not a problem. There are two of you. Just enter one car on the forms of whoever is doing your DRO

Or are you saying you need the expense of funding both cars? It doesn't have to be broken down. You just need figures for

    Tax
    Insurance
    Maintenance
    Fuel

My budget is ever closer to exceeding the £75 threshold, taking off a car puts me over.
How do I make it all work within the rules.

Hi, I thought I keep my own thread going rather than start new.

I'm 6 months into my DRO, I’ve just received a letter from Virgin (cc) saying my account has now passed to CapQuest, why would they bother to do this (they accepted my DRO) The CapQuest letter does acknowledge my DRO.
What should I be doing, is it a concern.??

A lender doesnt have to accept your DRO, its binding on all the creditors listed.
A tiny number of DROs fail, really small. So until it has finished, the creditor may hope that happens.
You dont need to do anything at all.

Virgin removed all data from my credit file, as far as I know the DRO was excepted by everyone listed.
What happens if CapQuest call me asking for money.

I think Capquest are taking a gamble on the DRO failing. They probably bought it for 1p in the £

You tell them its listed in your DRO, at which point they should shut up. If they add this debt to your credit record, make sure it has a default date of the start date of the DRO.

Insolvency debts are commonly sold in the hope the arrangement will fail.

You don`t need do anything, and they won`t be asking you for money.
