Although the dates indicate prompt posting, so presumed delivered within the 14 days under POFA, Ldast indicated that the PCN failed POFA due to inaccuracies etc, so no keeper liability, but that may not help if the keeper was also the driver, especially if they were to admit it for example so any appeal could be based on POFA, but don't expect Armtrac to cancel the PCN, that is not going to happen

The PCN seems to imply that no valid session was purchased, it doesn't mention insufficient payment or overstay, plus it would seem that the driver needed to pay for 5 hours even if they only require 4 hours.  Correct VRM entry would also be a factor in this type of case

Given that the OP has admitted dyslexia, it could be a keying error if they actually paid for 5 hours. ( Or paid the full amount for the time on site for example. )

The OP needs to check if the payment went through on the app or bank statement, plus if it did, did it cover the full period of time on site. ?

I suspect that either there was a keying error with the correct VRM, or the payment didn't go through, or possibly both

If full payment was made for the full time on site, the OP may win in court, definitely minimis, poor processes by the parking company etc

Its extremely unlikely that Armtrac will cancel the PCN, especially as they are an IPC AOS member

But do not pay a private parking charge all the time that the industry is unregulated,  @leejhopwood

Either ignore Armtrac entirely or do as @Gr1pr says and check for bank account evidence of payment and appeal stating you are dyslexic and believe there may have been a VRM 'keying error' because the driver paid to park.  Ask for a partly redacted list of payments received (with enough VRM showing to narrow the issues and identify this payment and keying error).
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
