Hi all, i have received a letter today regarding a PCN i received from the Captiol Centre in Preston. The fine is for “Not parked correctly within in the markings of the bay or space”. I wasnt parked anywhere near a space and was actually parked next to a curb where some bins are stored. But there was no double yellow…
