I have a Stocks ans Shares ISA with Columbia Threadneedle.  I've had this for years.  The company holding the SandS ISA has changed over the years.  I have just left this without much thought but had decided to invest add a small amount to it.  The company has poor reviews, I think mostly on the Customer Service side.  This has made me want to move my money but I've no idea where to.  If I remember correctly I bought the shares as a result of being a member of Nationwide Building Society; they offered the shares.
Should I invest in another company or move the money to a different ISA?  The amount isn't huge and I don't need access to it.

Its worth remembering that fund houses don't have many new investors using them nowadays and service reflects that.  They also tend to be on old fashioned software.     Its a near dead distribution method since 2013 and usually more expensive than modern distribution methods.

yes.  Even if you wanted the same funds, you are likely to find a cheaper share class on a platform.

What you invest in and whose ISA you hold the investments in are two different issues.

First the ISA - your provider is not one mentioned very much, so probably is an older one maybe with outdated software, old ideas about customer service ( just guessing)
There are many, many other S&S ISA providers to choose from and it is very easy to transfer to one of these.

Second the investments - Holding individual company shares is rather risky. Better to have a fund that invests in thousands of companies across the world.

If you do not need the money, it might be better invested in a pension ( if you have one).
