LBG Everyday Offers Not Available

It’s disappointing that it’s all disappeared without any notification anywhere. I know I had some Cashback for next month and a few active offers but can’t see anything in MBNA or Halifax

as another poster mentioned, it seems to be working for Lloyds customers

I’m usually pretty happy with Halifax so hopefully this will resolve quickly

My Halifax Cashback Extras have reappeared this afternoon, after disappearing last Thursday, 26th September 2024.

Tracked cashback is present and correct.

Currently, I have 70 offers available.

Online banking and iOS apps (iPad/iPhone) all showing cashback extras now.

My Halifax Cashback Extras are now showing again on Android.

However, the first attempt to open the app failed because they said they were having some technical problems and that I should try again.  It worked on the second attempt but took a while to log in.

It showed a banner 'Some balances, payment and statement services are currently not available.  We're sorry about this and are working to get them back as soon as possible.'  (Second sentence approximate wording.)

My Cashback Extras balance was correct, but it's concerning that the problems are persisting for so long.
