LBG Everyday Offers Not Available

Anyone else noticed this across the various LBG accounts? Sometimes there, sometimes not. Currently I only have it on my Lloyds account but wasn't there earlier. Last night was on the app but not on web. Not showing on MBNA or Halifax.

This was reported yesterday as mainly pertaining to iphone users, however, if you are having trouble seeing them in online banking too, then perhaps a wider problem.
Can see mine, in-app, on my android phone.2 -
I've just checked (as I want to enable LNER for some tickets) and it's not on my app (Android) - also checked on PC and it's not shown under "Get Add Ons"...... so don't think it's necessarily an iPhone issue.
Android app is up to date - middle section where the offers normally reside is showing "Schroders" / Credit Score / Open banking / Prevent FraudThe Forum Member formally known as Pieman1972 (but failed to sort his account out!!)3 -
Current status (Android phone an W10 laptop with FF and Edge browsers), seems to change by the minuteLloyds - in app on front page, link icon in current account box. On line not showing but go to "get more from your card", click on smart Rewards and goes to main page with nothing showingMBNA click on get more from your card, smart rewards and is there. On line as LloydsHalifax as MBNAedit: now completely gone from Lloyds app, not even a get more from your card linkedit: now showing get more from your card bar with link working!!!!!! is going on ?1

I just came to ask about this as it has disappeared from MBNA and Halifax, the icons have disappeared and I can check the balance or add any offers

I raised a help request and got the following:
” I would like to inform you that the service has been turned off for all the brands.• This will mean customers are unable to register for new offer or see existing offers.• This will not impact activation on purchases or backend processing of their offers.• We will let you know when the service is turned back on.”0 -
If it's been switched off for ALL brands, how come I can look through, and activate, Everyday Offers on my Lloyds Bank app 🤷♂️1

I suspect there's some issue with the underlying provider and the reaction has been to hide it away. Apparently there's a route via Credit Cards you can use to access them if you have one open.0 -
Cashback Extras have disappeared from the Android app and the website. Very disappointing that there's no mention of this online, typical of Halifax's poor service.Wonder whether it's another cyber attack? The National Cyber Security Centre has issued warnings about malicious activity from Iran and China, and the massive attack on TfL a few weeks ago still hasn't been resolved.BTW, Amex is offering 10% cashback off rail travel booked via LNER.0

The Halifax app says that the Loyalty Wallet isn't available because of an issue with a third party, so something dodgy seems to be going on.0
