Just to let everyone know that all the unreasonable posters criticising me unreasonably and endlessly have now been block on this thread and another they have most recently found me on. My last word is re my helpful comments to SujSuj is to note that these have been ignored and to say the latest arises from a discussion with a top expert who advised that he should check for dry rot given the actual location of the mould which was initially thought to be up to the ceiling.That said, I happily make a strategic withdrawal so goodbye all and stay happy,0
