Hoping to get away with OH after a very trying August/September, complete with medical problems. Ideally looking for all-inclusive i.e. plus evening meal.

All Inclusive/AI in principle means all food and drink though in resorts it may not include all restaurants and may exclude some types of drinks (eg include local brands but not premium/import brands)
Your ie suggest maybe you mean Full Board instead of AI which is 3 meals a day but excluding snacks and all drinks... again there may be a limit on which restaurants.
Where are you thinking of? What's your per night budget?0 -
Are you looking at somewhere in the UK or overseas?
And how long are you intending to get away for?1 -
For value and all meals you can't beat a 3-4 night cruise.0

Local coach holiday companies might offer what you are looking for.
An alternative is to choose a few destinations and explore on line, many independents offer inclusive rates.
Greene King offer B & B or B &B +D packages0 -

Possibly also Warners
For abroad, any number of late booking / bucket shop websites.0 -
Need clarification as to exactly what is wanted, meal and accommodation wise? Where the intention to travel is to? How many day/nights (weekend or midweek) and a rough budget !
Dinner, Bed and Breakfast (aka Half Board) deals can be found often enough with many hotels (chain or not).
Full Board (D, B&B plus other meal(s) ) less so.
Potters do all inclusive with all meals and drinks (and entertainment/leisure activities). Only two locations in Eastern England though.
Warner Leisure Hotels do Half Board and entertainment/leisure ... With, very rarely, some 'inclusive' drinks-in-the-evening deals.0 -
Potters often always have discount codes available.0

Unless one eats like a pig and drinks like a fish from morning to night when it may then seem fair value?0 -
Apologies if I was. What I meant was: bed, breakfast and evening meal. I believe that is what people generally understand by the term.
Ideally somewhere pleasant, i.e. not London...0 -
