Discretionary Commission Arrangement (DCA) - Black Horse repsonse

All 5 my agreements with Black horse had DCA......... Used the MSE template, no fees for 3rd party claims company should I get anything back....

    To be fair, OP said just that - IF they get anything back, OP just reminding people not to use claims firms

    As ever, the FCA need to decide if there was mis-selling and if so, what level of refund, if any, applies. Also subject to the legal challenges over the initial cases. Plus of course not all DCA was negative, I would be amused if customers who jumped on the bandwagon and found out they had positive DCA were asked to pay it back :D

    Would be amusing but won't be happening. The issue is customer detriment which clearly doesn't occur if the customer gets to pay less
