You'll lose anyway unless the sign has the £100 in non-prominent text. There was little point trying POPLA but just say what you see and let the Assessor do their worst.
No paying at all!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Nellymoser said:Have to agree with @Not_A_Hope regarding VRN input. Why would anyone only enter 2 digits. Don't let Euro Car Parks convince you this was daughter's fault. Check out their reviews and you'll see it's quite a regular occurrence in car parks they manage.1

Oh never thought of that @Le_Kirk. Probably as my understanding of Reg No is the letters and numbers.0

Technically I know that VRM is vehicle registration mark but I regularly fall into the trap of using VRN because like many people I say registration number despite there being letters and numbers. I wonder what a judge would think if the T&Cs required a registration number and a motorist only entered the numbers from their number plate.1

Just follow the guidance and don't overthink it. As the POPLA appeal is unlikely to succeed, wait for the inevitable court claim and defend as per the advice and this will all end in a discontinuation early next year, if not sooner.
Keep reading the Newbies/FAQ thread for each of the steps.1
