Bear in mind that you will just be put on the Euro Car Parks - DCBL - DCB Legal - court claim conveyor belt with everybody else, so take into account that "cancellation" is unlikely.

All you can do is threaten Euro CP and Savills, keep a record and expect the usual debt collection letters for the next 6, 12, 18 months.

Worth actioning once you get to the DCB Legal Letter of Claim stage and sending them the same threats you sent to ECP just to get try and them to take you off the court claim spreadsheet. But at the end of the day you can put in a lot of effort over this and it won't take you off the conveyor belt.

Don't worry though, because the conveyor belt just ends with an eleventh hour discontinuance.

This one will be easy to see off when the court claim arrives. Don't be scared: this will be your only proper 'dispute resolution' gateway and you won't pay a penny.  No hearing. Nothing.

But to avoid that, complain to Savills that their parking agents have discriminated against you, by knowingly pursuing a £100 charge and setting 'debt collectors' on you despite knowing (and seeing clear evidence at appeal stage) that you have protected characteristics under the Equality Act 2010.

Tell them that a TSF Frame is part of very complex treatment of an ongoing condition lasting longer than 12 months:

That means you were entitled to reasonable adjustments (extended time to shop) and both Homebase and the parking firm have negligently/deliberately caused discrimination against you and you require Savills to step in and cancel the unfair parking charge.
