I'd repeat the no offer aspect of the signage. I know you've put it in your defence but is there a way to get it into your witness statement again?

    Do some Googling.

E.g. A contractual right to park and a forbidden/prohibited parking sign are in my view mutually exclusive and cannot co-exist together. Either you have the right to park or you don't, in which case you become a trespasser.

I just realised the witness statement was requested by March and the hearing is on 2nd July. I have my pack ready to be posted today. technically within the 14 day prior to hearing period.

Would these be still accepted? Would all this change how the case will be heard on the day? thanks

Post it (nicely organised, preferably in a lightweight ring binder) first class THIS WEEK to the court (with free proof of postage and NOT 'signed for' post).

Or hand deliver it - but only in the morning - as Courts don't tend to stay open with a receptacle for post all day.

Also email it ... and cc in Gladstones. Don't send them a printed version.

Thank you @Coupon-mad followed the tips and Gladstones responded saying they got the statements and also requesting the judge to make a decision without them as they are not coming.

It’s the day of the hearing and will know the outcome in another 1 hour.

    Fingers crossed
