Dear All, 

Successfully submitted defence ontime and also received an acknowledgement by post. 

What would be the next steps/ actions and timelines/ deadlines that i should be taking care of. 

Should i wait to hear from them for 2 months as mentioned on the original post? If nothing happens for a specific period - should i be doing something on my end.

Thankyou very much - but really struggling to find a witness statement format - but wanted to add additional context - the hearing date is for 25th June. Not sure if I am late to send in my witness statement.

Context - the parking location is the same as Matise Road, Holloway Street, Hounslow cases we have on the forum.

Above is the WS from Gladstone with further pictures shown below:

1 . I had parked there for less then 3 mins to drop a package to the Royal Mail Delivery Office just opposite the parking location in question

2. My car was parked outside of the white boxes indicated - clearly identified

3. My car was even left unlocked as you can see my car mirrors are unfolded and they fold up when locked indicating it was short parking - also the Royal Mail office parking was blocked due to ongoing works as indicated.

Please could you help with any similar ones - i have spent over 2 hours going thru all the historical cases but need a pointer to the right format to start with.

Thankyou very much - followed the instructions and was able to pickup 3 of the most recent cases and pickup those that are relevant to my case. 

Please could you cast an eye and let me know if there are obvious issues/ exhibits that I may be missing.

Also, i have missed out my court letter on the hearing but i know that its on 25th - any advise on how to find out the time and also the address to send out the witness statement.
