Car finance claim contradictory letter

Hello. Hopefully this is the right thread, I couldn’t find one specifically for the car finance claims.
I made a complaint to Black Horse around this time last year. In May they wrote to me to confirm I did have a DCA so I may have a claim but they are waiting for the FCA judgment.
Last week I received a letter from them saying they were still checking if I had a DCA. Completely contradictory to their previous letter. Has anyone else had this? Do I need to do anything?

Just because DCA was available does not mean you will get redress. Positive DCA (interest rate lowered) is good. Neutral DCA is where the dealer could use it but didn't and negative DCA where they increased the rate.
So, they may have identified you had a dealer that had DCA available but don't yet know how or if it was used.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
