Virgin Media M250 fibre broadband + phone bill credit and add contact summary

I have just signed up to the MSE blagged service above and I am concerned by the emails received from Virgin Media. The Contract Summary that was attached mentioned Disney+ in the Broadband Services section ( see image) and the second email states "We’ll send your Netflix activation details". There is no mention of the bill credit anywhere and I am concerned the bill credit is to offset a Netflix/Disney+ subscription which I did not sign up for, or any TV services (note that the Package Summary does not highlight TV as a purchased service).
Can anyone clarify if the above is just standard stuff from Virgin or should I contact them and clarify/cancel the order?
I do have screen dumps of all the costs, affiliation link acceptance and the Bill Credit in the order process.

Virgin are notorious for messing up contracts (I haven't had a correct contract yet)
The above says you have added an add on. The rest on the doc should explain how to remove it but if not...
You'll need to call them, spend and hour on hold, repeat yourself multiple times and then request confirmation of the changes immediately by email once you get it updated.
Once sorted though the actual broadband we have had has been great. Their customer service..... appalling.0 -
So after 3 hours to 3 different people at virgin media. Contract came through wanting to charge me £32.50. They claim to have it sorted now, waiting for email confirmation. I have never experienced such a painful switch over as this and I have done many.0
