Reclaiming DCA

I had a financial agreement with Ing Lease (UK) Ltd between 2011 and 2014. I am now trying to contract them regarding a DCA and I am getting nowhere. E-mails returned undelivered phone numbers no longer available. I have trawled the internet and get the same results. Any advice would be appreciated. Many thanks.

If this was a Lease agreement (also known as Personal Contract Hire) and not HP, PCP or Conditional Sale then it's not covered in the current ongoing DCA investigation by the FCA.1

Ing Lease (UK) Ltd closed it's operation some years ago. Wait until the FCA review is completed and published in late 2025. Going to be difficult to impose anything on what is a defunct trading entity.

The FCA register has the following:
Looking at companies house filings, it looks like it is being maintained for pension and debt provisions. It confirms all trade related things ceased in 2016.
