I still haven't my maturity letter with less than 2 weeks before mine matures - is this to be expected?

I wonder if they'll just offer the current 4.2% rate?

I'm feel I've seen 23 days written somewhere and just looking at mine, it could well be the case, two weeks does seem short in my experience. 

Edit. Just checked my maturity options letter, you can give instructions from 23 days before your maturity date. You can't do much if you don't have the options to see 🤔

Might be worth a call.
