If above doesn't work
Go to setting & Privacy & Security
 

Select Manage Data

and search for moneysavingexpert
select that below and remove selected will become active, click on that and save changes.
That will just remove cookies & data from this site, all into from other sites will remain.

The problem has reoccurred!

But, clearing the cache again resolved it!

I haven't been able to reproduce this. I'd always recommend making sure your browser is up-to-date.

If more users report an issue, and it doesn't seem to be isolated to your device, I'll be able to see if our forum provider can look into this. 

For easy clearing of cache in Firefox, a good shortcut is Ctrl + i (Cmd + i on mac).
Then on the Security tab, you can remove data for just the site you're viewing:


(Also available from menu as 'Page Info' in menus, but the placement varies on different systems.)

If it gets a pain then you can get FF to delete the cache when it closes
Settings>Privacy & Security
Scroll down to History select Clear history when Firefox closes then click on settings to the right and  select Temporary cached files and pages (make sure it's the only one ticked), then save changes.
