Number not porting to three network?

My port from lebara to three hasn’t gone through, so the next day so I contacted three in the evening to be told there's no record of a port request and they'd request the port again only to say there was an issue doing so and will look into this? Anyone had a similar issue that you got sorted and how? Should I contact lebara about this too as I don't want to loose my number? 

Edit: it’s now been 3 days and still not ported. And only using the sim so I can port back out to a cheap new Lebara deal so not topped up with any £.

Yes my Lebara sim is working fine
