Hi can anyone help me here,can you close a credit card account even if you have money owing on it,I want to get my rates lowered and thought that if i threatened to close the account and balance transfer they might give in and lower the current rate which i think is way too high,its a marbles card and im paying 29%,any advice and i would be gratefull,thanks in advance.
