Virgin Media MSE Credit?

Hello! I recently swapped broadband and went for Virgin Media after seeing on MSE that they were offering a £100 bill credit. I placed my order via the link ( I use cashback sites all the time without issues, so my cookie settings are fine)
Now it's installed and live, I can check my bill and account. You know what's coming... No £100 credit. I messaged them on web chat and after a 90 minutes wait, they confirmed that there's no credit due. They did offer to give me one month free (£26), not quite the £100 I'd factored in. I rejected their offer.

I was so angry, I was going to cancel as I'm within my 14 days.

I've calmed down a bit since, but wondered if anyone had any suggestions??

Thanks all.
