Does anyone know if zoom are good for bartering with?

I was paying £19.99. and the contract has ended and they said it's going up to £29.99  150mb fibre.

Yet new customers get 1GB fibre for £29.99

Has anyone tried it on with them or will I be wasting my time?

    No personal experience with Zoom myself but I'd be very surprised if they didn't at least match the new customer offer. You're out of contract so are free to do as you please, so they should be fairly keen to negotiate to keep you as a customer. Only hiccup might be if your property doesn't support the higher speeds.
