What to do with old solid oak flooring?

Guys,
If things go to plan then around 25 sqm of used solid oak flooring to do something with. It's tongue and groove, lacquered and solid - not engineered. About 15 years old at a guess, with some planks the laquer has gone, others it's fine.
I looked and I'm not sure it's worth selling, probably too much hassle for a fairly small reward. But, could it be used for something else?
I'm trying to think if could be used to make say some book shelves, or cube units? - it's 14cm wide and various plank lengths, 20mm thick.
It seems like a good opportunity but something tells me it could be a lot more trouble than it's worth..
Thoughts on a postcard!

Have you got another room you could lay it in, sand down and re-coat. Seems too good not to be used for its original purpose.0

19mm thick, 145mm wide, 1200mm length is £21.67Are you sure it's not worth selling? I would have thought someone could just plane out the top surface and be left with a nice oak board.

The loft has these ropey t&g boards which are like weetabix, lower level than the joists, and with the insulation under them. I'm guessing based on this I can't really use floorboards in the loft unless I faffed with osb or ply over it first. Which suddenly becomes an expensive and time consuming hassle! So sort of defeats the purpose!0
