CHANGING FIXED CASH ISA

Hi,
My 1yr fixed cash isa with Santander matures on 1/10/2024 and I've had nothing from them letting me know what I can do with it. I know that if I do nothing Santander will change it to a Instant ISA at 1.6% variable (yuk)
I can upgrade it online now to 4.52% with Santander. But Charter Savings Bank are offering 4.67%. How do I change to to the Charter Savings Bank ISA so it can just continue as a Cash Isa from 1/10/2024? I obviously don't want to leave it past 1/10/2024.
Personally I don't think the 0.15% will make a lot of difference on the £21.5K

You can open a new ISA with Charter and invoke their ISA transfer process to move your money from Santander - if they have an option on their transfer form to start the transfer on your maturity date then go for that, otherwise you'd need to wait until maturity to submit it.0

You open the ISA with Charters and you ask for your current cash ISA to be transferred over.
Normally there will be a question along the lines of 'do you want to transfer now or wait until any penalty period is over with your current provider'
Alternatively you can wait until 1/10 and then request transfer from the Instant ISA.
Normally though Santander should have been in touch by now with your options.0 -
Judging by their paper ISA transfer form Charter Savings Bank do give you the option to start the transfer on the maturity date. Sounds like funds need to be received within 30 days of the application.
