We got rid of ring when the subscription went up AGAIN.   Eufy is good,  improved signal range, saves images to a homebase and just works fine.  Got one for my parents in the end too,  they love it.  Also easy to add more cameras and lights etc..

I wouldn't have even considered Eufy before. But it's now something I will look at following the recommendations here. I like that it has no subscription (yet at least)

Do not buy Blink, it is cheap garbage, designed to make the Ring products look good.

The key feature - when the button is pushed, the app/devices chime - often fails.  2 phones and a mini-camera and not once have all 3 devices chimed at the same time. Mostly, nothing chimes (other than the bellpush itself, which is obviously outside).  Occasionally, I have had a 'there's somebody at the door' notification over 30 minutes after they left.

The Eufy kit is on my Prime Day and Black Friday watch lists.

We have Eufy.

Aside from the other benefits already listed, we also like the ability to have rechargeable vs wired doorbells and cameras.
