£100 a month water bill. 3 bed semi, 2 adults 2 kids

It was 60ish for a few years then 80ish now just over £100.
We don't water garden, do 2 loads of laundry twice a day every day, dishwasher on once a day, all take showers though one of my kids spends half an hour showering so could be a factor.
Firstly, is this almost certainly a leak or could it be that much?
I tried putting a tissue paper on the back of the toilet and it was still dry half an hour later. Had a look in the cistern and doesn't look like it is continuosly using water.
The water meter is under the manhole on the pavement in front of the house I believe. Not looked in there yet.
It's United utilities
What would be the next step?

the 30 minute shower and 14 loads of washing a week may be having an effect on the bill...
have a look at the meter - switch off everything and check it in a couple of hours to see if it has changed

Prices have gone up so it's not something recent if your previous was 60 and 80, You use the washing machine 4 times a day? Still seems a bit high though0

30 min shower, bet its a teenage boy

If you’ve lived there for several years and never looked at the water meter, that’s a big oversight as it’s possible there’s been a leak for a long time.
You need to check it every time you receive a bill or at least every few months.Even £60 a month sounds quite high, but £100 indicates a problem. Can you look at your bills and post what volume is being used?2 -
Does your water bill tell you how many litres you use?If you register for an online account, previous bills could be there.Your water company should be able to tell you, I haven't a clue how much my water bill is.Just looked, 14 cubic metres in 3 months, in 2017 my yearly bill was £2040

The average water bill in England and Wales is £37 a month (£448 a year), according to Water UK. But the amount you’ll pay depends on where you live and if you have a water meter. Here’s how it works.I pay £57 per month, 3 adults with 2 heavy users, I used 38 m³ last year.

782 litres a day it states on the bill is what we use.
Sorry, we do laundry twice a day, not 4 times a day
We are in the north west, Manchester

Check your meter is not spinning when no water in use to start with0

as you have a water meter then surely it is not beyond the bounds of common sense to monitor your usage and thus identify if there is a leak when nothing is in use?2
