Yes, it is OK or you could sign a piece of white card/paper, take a photo and insert that into your document.2

We have now received the N180 form. My partner filled it in originally and sent a copy to DCBLegal via email. I was going to post the paperwork to the court but just had a look at the directions on the forum on how to complete it and it looks like he filled one of the sections incorrectly - the D1 - he stated YES but it should be NO with the wording provided by bargepole in his post. He just found the form online and is going to complete it again. If he re-sends this to DCBLegal is this going to negatively affect his defence. Nothing has been sent to the court yet.0

Definitely do a new one saying 'no'.
Then just email that one to the right CNBC email address and cc in DCB Legal. Do not add any explanation. Let them cope!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

we have now received a hearing letter to happen on 2nd of April with the witness statement to submit 14 days prior to the hearing. DCBL has already submitted theirs which is 62 pages long with about 30 pages of photos. I am at a loss as how we can argue with that and what can be put into the witness statement. They have tried to contact my partner to settle with a lower payment but he ignored their messages. they offered that he pays £400. I guess they are willing to go to the hearing after all - the 'fee' is approx £600 so they must be willing as they needed to pay the court fee by the 5th of March. I will try to search the forum for a similar witness statements as I have no idea how to even approach writing one...0

Show us the sign they submitted.
UKPC ones are notoriously rubbish.1 -
@LunaraEcho86, you have gone to great lengths to hide the Claim Number in that pdf file you have shown us, but the name of that pdf file includes it. In fact that link in your above post makes it plain for all to see.
Do the parts of your real name start ZB? I.e. have you signed up to dropbox using your real name?
You now have enough posts to your name to both edit your posts and avoid using 'hxxp' to mask links.1 -
