On July 24th Startline Motor Finance advised me
Pardon my misunderstanding with all the recent changes their stating until the 25th of this month , or 4 to 8 weeks bit confused I know I heard things have been changed till next year but I have had no correspondence advising me of the new changes by Startline

We can confirm that a DCA was in place and as such we have logged your complaint. You should also have received an acknowledgement for this complaint.
Further paragraph statesWhile you will not receive a response to your complaint until 25th September 2024 at the earliest, you may receive updates after 4 and 8 weeks as part of our complaint handling process but you do not need to do anything in respect of these updates.

Hi - looking for some info on eligibility dates.
I had assumed I couldn't claim as I bought the car in March 2021, however an article in this week's (November 25) Daily Mail suggested that the ruling applied to any car bought in the ;last 17 years.0 -

The FCA outlawed DCA in January 2021. You won't have DCA.
