Deranged and perma-stressed, that doesn't sound like you. Let me guess - that was your twin sister in Blackpool, the calm and collected one...
Lol, I was too nervous to show my true personality! :D

Notice you didn't argue with the 'dizzy' bit! ;):p :rotfl:

That's actually really scarily accurate, because at a works Xmas party a few years ago, I drank rather too much and pole-danced round a broomstick. I still haven't lived it down.....

    That's because they're jealous.

hi IA look forward to seeing you on telly should be great-wont the tv company pay for the train tickets a bit naughty of them not to offer it as they know you have money issues otherwise they wouldnt be having you on!!

Anyway going back to the discussion you were having about careers the other day I too was working in childcare until last yr, and have doe all the course you have!!

NVQ Level 1 in Early Years Care and Education
    first aid
    health and safety
    food hygiene
    child protection
and all manner of day course certificates!!!!

The lack of money was getting me down so i applied for a PGCE in the hope of becoming a teacher (i know you donthave a degree yet-but i wish id known about the OU yrs ago i had to do an access course to get to uni) decided being a teacher was too much like hard work and im now an education officer for a museum which is triple the wage i was on last yr!
Sorry to highjack w/ my story but i just thought its amazing how with the right qualifications you can really turn your life around!!
  • wow cocalls that's great!!! Glad things are on the right track for you.. :D I had to give up my career TWICE through having babies so I'm really hoping that this is it now and I can make a proper career for myself.. :D Fingers crossed anyway!

  • Oh and in K sleeping news... the past 3 days, although K has woken up in the night and had a little cry... she's settled herself back down each time within a couple of minutes and we haven't had to go in to sort her out once :D It's been lovely :D
