well so far we've had to do it twice... both times she settled within 15-20 mins.. we're just going to bed now so wish us luck... she has been more unsettled tonight.. I'm guessing because of having no nap.. we'll see what happens though!
*gulp* if you get posts from me at 3am you know it's not gone well!

Anyway, least they still let us have diaries.....

Hope the crying doesnt go on all night and you have restful sleep. What did you think of knocked up....heard mixed reviews.

Morning all... after my last post it took ages for me to go to sleep as I was expecting her to wake up any minute and every little noise made me jerk awake.... BUT I'm happy to say that after we went to bed.. K didn't wake up til 6.45! Ste gave her her dummy back and then she slept til 8! I do feel better for having proper sleep but I still need to catch up.. lets hope for more of the same tonight!
Hopefully my dvd will turn up today too! Right.. off to check internet bank.. I forgot to mention that I checked it yesterday and that there was more money in that I was expecting.. and when I checked it we'd be paid £8.39 in interest! Woo!

I'm going to see how she goes.. she didn't act tired at all yesterday (in fact I don't remember seeing her yawn :eek:).. so going to play it by ear I think..

Morning Sar glad you had a better night. A couple more of those and you will be back on top again.

My little girl stopped having her naps around 18M and although it was a killer, oh how I loved those 3 hours in the afternoon :rotfl: , it did work out better as she would go to bed earlier and sleep through.

Not sure if it was linked but I also found she starting eating better as well.

We went to MIL's house afterwards and Ash managed to take a tumble running to her nanny when we arrived. She's got a nice fat and bruised lip now poor mite.. what's she like!
Tonight's going to be the controlled crying night for k.... but you will never believe it... it's now nearly 4.15.... k's been up since 8am and hasn't had a single nap :eek: We've no idea what she's running on but you never know it may have just been that she's sleeping too much during the day which is stopping her sleeping at night... All I know is I've NO IDEA where she's getting the energy from. :eek:

You must watch Kung-Fu Hustle, it will cheer you up.
